WSP USA Senior Coordinator Talent Attraction in Dallas, Texas

This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Senior Coordinator, Talent Attraction to support our West Region hiring initiatives. The candidate may sit out of any mutually agreed WSP US office. This position is a hybrid role requiring in office presence.

Your Impact

  • Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for our mobility team throughout the West Region.

  • Partner with regional and project leaders to discuss hiring initiatives throughout the region.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of junior talent to support business lines across the country.

  • Build talent pipelines for our mobility projects throughout the region.

  • Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with interviewing candidates via virtual channels and onsite.

  • In partnership with HR, create, submit and extend offer letter to potential employees.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients (managers, employees) and candidates by efficiently and effectively answering their questions, providing them with accurate information and / or sound advice within defined timelines.

  • Continuously identify and drive process improvement and standardization opportunities to provide an exceptional employee/candidate experience, identify areas for automation candidate experience enhancement.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Higher Education Administration or Bachelors Degree with equitable years experience

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Experience recruiting, engaging with, or mentoring diverse student populations.

  • Excellent communication Skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, data analysis and reporting.

  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree and 1+ year experience.

  • Experience or understanding of engineering degrees, concepts etc.

  • Program or event management experience.
