We seek an experienced Site Manager who focuses on fuel-related projects at military bases in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various facets of the industry, including tanks, pipelines, gas oil, and refineries.

Your Impact

  • The highest-level field manager responsible for quality, safety, and production.

  • Manage the subcontractors to perform in accordance with the contract documents. Work with the subcontractors to develop the three-week look-ahead and schedule.

  • Attend project controls meetings with the Project Manager and Project Controls Manager to update the project schedule and evaluate production rates.

  • Maintain up-to-date field records, including daily progress reports, progress schedules, meeting documents, and other documents necessary to document field activities.

  • Provides technical supervision and assistance to ensure project activities are technically valid and results are coordinated for project continuity and control. Acting as a working manager to coordinate all construction activities efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.

  • Act as liaison with other professionals and field personnel to efficiently implement project requirements.

Who You Are

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.

  • 5 - 7 years minimum of construction experience within the last 10 years, with a minimum of 2 years as a construction QC or superintendent in constructing a fuel system.

  • Army Corps of Engineers experience is required.

  • Familiarity with the three control phases for the Army Corps of Engineers projects.

  • Excellent knowledge of fuel-related projects, including tanks, pipelines, gas oil, and refineries.

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • Ability to work on US military bases is required.

  • Must pass a background check and have a satisfactory driving record per the Company's driving (MVR) policy.
