WSP is currently initiating a search for a Biller II for our Ephrata, Pennsylvania office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Accountants to develop client specific invoice formats ensuring compliance with invoicing requirements per contract terms and produce complex and/or large volume client invoices either manual or electronic based on established invoice template.

  • Under direction of project accountant, revises invoice and makes appropriate adjustments to project expenditures such as splits or transfers and perform Oracle maintenance to include bill rate adjustments.

  • Compile and provide supporting documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and subcontractor invoices, etc) as required by contract

  • Reconcile Oracle with manual or automated invoice prior to finalizing draft invoice

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • High school diploma, Associates degree preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and Advanced Excel skills

  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, project accounting and invoicing

  • Previous experience with accounting software or and Oracle.
