WSP is currently initiating a search for a Roadway Intern / Co-Op for our Indianapolis office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist and support the Civil/Highway design teams in the execution of road projects;
Provide technical support in various stages of project, including preliminary design, final design and contract documentation including cost estimates and specifications
Discuss and propose solutions to technical issues during design
Coordinating with other design disciplines
Maintain positive team relationships
Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and bid packages
Support projects by attending meetings and interacting with clients, agency officials, and contractors

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Working toward earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Good technical writing, analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous engineering internship experience
Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
