WSP is currently initiating a search for a Civil Engineer for our Philadelphia, PA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Roadway alignments and modeling

  • Plans preparation

  • Quantity calculations and cost estimates

  • Specification writing

  • Drainage and stormwater management design

  • Assistance with proposal preparation

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in an engineering major

  • 3+ years of experience with transportation projects

  • Strong MicroStation/InRoads capability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EIT certification

  • PE registration

  • Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book and PennDOT DM-2

  • Familiarity with PennDOT District 4-0, 5-0, 6-0 and PTC project procedures

  • AutoCAD/Civil 3D capability

  • Highway Safety Manual
