WSP is currently initiating a search for a Expeditor for our Rochester office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generating reports from SAP for open and past due purchase orders.
Reviewing open order reports from suppliers.
Follow up on open/past due items with suppliers.
Informing internal stakeholders impacted by delays
Requesting/Managing quotes for items not on a Framework Agreement under the $10,000 limits.
Gathering technical/Purchase Order data from SAP to send to venders requesting quotes.
Distributing quote information to Material Planners for order creation.
Generating Invoicing reports in SAP on past due invoices.
Research invoicing issues to give feedback to Material Planners on action to be performed.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Expediting, SAP Administration, Purchasing or related field
Associates Degree or Equivelant in work experience
Procurement experience preferred.
Inventory management experience preferredbut not required.
SAP experience preferred
Experience working with Excel at an advanced level preferred.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills
Ability to follow up and Prioritize
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.
