WSP is currently initiating a search for multiple experienced Senior Supervising Inspectors for our Tempe, AZ office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work heavy highway construction projects

  • Supervise a staff of upper level inspectors

  • Inspection on an Alternat Delivery project monitoring the IQF activities

  • Daily Reports of staff activities and IQF activities

  • Maintaining logs of findings and follow up on non conformance reports

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 10 years highway construction

  • Familiar with Arizona DOT specifications and construction requirements

  • Flexible work schedule. May include weekends, holidays and night shifts

  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

  • Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ATTI, ACI, ATSSA, Erosion Control Certified
